Child Safety Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Poko Live, a product of Stackearn IT Solutions, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This policy describes the standards we enforce to keep children safe.
1. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Poko Live. Accounts that we find or suspect belong to anyone under 18 are removed.
2. What is strictly prohibited
- Any sexual or sexualised content involving a minor, including images, video, audio, text, live streams or links.
- Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to contact minors for sexual or inappropriate purposes.
- Sharing, requesting, trading or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sextortion, trafficking or any other exploitation or endangerment of children.
3. How we enforce this
- We review live streams, profiles and content using a mix of automated tools and human moderators.
- Reported content and accounts are reviewed as a priority.
- Violating content is removed and the account is permanently banned. We may also block the associated device.
- We report apparent CSAM and child exploitation to the relevant authorities and child protection organisations as required by law, and we cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
4. How to report
If you see content or behaviour that puts a child at risk, report it immediately:
- Use the Report option on any profile, live stream or chat inside the App.
- Email our child safety contact at support@pokolive.com.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency number first.
5. Tips for parents and guardians
The App is not meant for children. Please keep your phone and app-store accounts secure, and tell us at once if a minor is using the App so that we can close the account.
